Please read the description of the items carefully for the delivery window, as most pieces are made to order. Your order will be shipped using either UPS, USPS, or FedEX depending on the rates at the time of fulfillment.

Please note: All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by your country’s customs department. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Australia: Orders under AUD $1,000 are usually exempt from duties and GST, but may still be reviewed by customs.

• United Kingdom: Orders over GBP £135 may be subject to VAT and customs duties upon arrival.

• Canada: Orders over CAD $20 may incur GST, PST, or HST and customs fees.

We do not have control over these charges, and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
